BGIS works under long-term relationships that stands in the values of trust, professionalism and transparency.
We are committed to find the perfect procedure for our clients under one main thing to consider, we are not brokers, we are direct mandates or titleholders for all the reifineries we work for, selling directly from them or through BGIS the desired products in the oil business for our clientes.
We have a proven track-record of past performance in all the procedures we offer, we arrived with one mission, provide full security in a markets that needs professional players to onboard new ones and take maximum care of existing ones under the laws of good will and good faith.
We provide all type of procedures from CIF & FOB; where we work and can provide our own shipment partnered company which has been in operation since the late 19th century. And as we state, we are committed to finding the any procedure our buyers need (Tank To tank, Tank to Vessel, Vessel to Tank , Vessel to Vessel….), you can really buy with a company you can trust in the sector.
For our buyers that prefer TTM (Table Top Meetings) we also provide methodologies with our associated refineries that work exclusively that way after passing our KYC.
SELLERS
BSGI works only directly with refineries, not intermediaries, no re-sellers, we only allow our buyers to purchase product from the places we trust and have built long-term relationships with a proven past-performance.
We work with three specific products till date:
1- EN- 590 Diesel (10 ppm): For a minimum quantity of 50,000 mt per cargo.
2- Jet Aviation A1 (Fuel): For a minimum quantity of 1,000,000 BBL per cargo.
3- Virgin Fuel (D6): with a number of gals per cargo to be discussed with each client needs.
We provide CIF procedures on our own expense as we never let our buyers pay anything upfront and without their own SGS or similar inspection at the discharged port on their end. We only work under long-term vision projects to establish relationships of confidence between the parties.
TRANSPORT
BGIS is partnered with a tier 1 shipment company for any transportation our clients desire in the oil
sector. BGIS has a fleet of 17 bunkers and 10 tankers, being our trustworthy associate for all our shipping needs worldwide.
Once we have build a relationship with the buyer and/or fulfilled a KYC on our end for new clients that onboard we need to following to kick off:
1- Type of bulk cargo to be carried
2- Load port and shipper
3- Discharge port and receiver
4- Total quantity in metric tons
5- Load date
We bulk dry cargo and crude oil/clean oil product in bulk on our partnered vessels for quantities from 65,000 mt and above. For lower quantities, we can also take care of them with another company partnered to Black Gold Integrated Solutions, tell us your needs, we make them possible.
